Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We ship worldwide from our workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your Tee-House ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination:

  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Free shipping is available on all orders within the EU. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Paid duties are not refunded in case of returns.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order here at any time.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@charlottecat.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
